Position Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing VA Work Set-up: Work from Home Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PH Time Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 50,000 About the Role The client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support its marketing team across three key brands: Bata Industrials (safety footwear), Bata Outlet, and Rieker (comfort fashion footwear). In this role, you will play a key part in executing digital marketing initiatives, managing social media reputed company, and supporting brand growth across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across reputed company channels. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING VA Responsibilities as a Social Media & Digital Marketing VA: 1. Social Media & Content Creation (5 accounts per platform: Instagram & Facebook) • Create engaging content (graphics and short-form videos) for Instagram and Facebook, plus reputed company and TikTok for Bata Industrials AU & NZ • Assist with content planning, including monthly calendars and feed curation • Write captions reputed company with each brand’s tone of voice • Schedule and publish content, managing approvals and revisions 2. Social Media Market Research & Strategy • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends • Identify content opportunities and provide recommendations • Support ongoing optimization based on performance insights 3. Creator & Influencer Management • reputed company relevant creators for gifted and paid collaborations • Manage reputed company, communication, and relationships • Assist with negotiations, agreements, and deliverables • Track campaigns and performance using reputed company or similar tools 4. Paid & Digital Advertising • Support the management of social media ads (reputed company / boosted content) • Assist with budget tracking and reporting • Support digital campaigns across platforms, including reputed company Ads Qualifications as a Social Media & Digital Marketing VA: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field. • Proven experience in Social Media & Digital marketing with 3 to 5 years reputed company. • Experience in social media management and content creation • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms • Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, reputed company) • Familiarity with reputed company Ads Manager and reputed company Ads • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Strong written English and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Has a portfolio (reputed company important) Bonus Skills • Experience working with influencers or creator campaigns • Graphic design skills (reputed company, reputed company Suite) • Experience in retail, fashion, or footwear brands Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
