Position Overview:

As a Remote Telepharmacist, you will be responsible for providing medication management and counseling services to our patients reputed company telephone. You will work closely with our reputed company team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct medication reviews and provide counseling to patients over the phone
