- Participate in training programs and weekly mentoring sessions
Skills
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Understanding of financial services or a genuine interest in learning about the investment management industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize
- Proficient with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
