YOUR ROLE AT reputed company
You act as the first reputed company of contact for business partners, providing first-level support across operational, technical, and administrative topics reputed company phone, email, and ticketing systems
You guide partners through reputed company systems, tools, and processes, while ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance requirements
You investigate and resolve partner inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high-quality partner experience

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, support center, or operations roles, ideally reputed company the travel, mobility, or hospitality industry
