Digital II
reputed company is seeking a Digital II to enhance customer experiences through data-driven strategies and innovation. This role involves leading projects to improve digital capabilities while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective deployment and execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner and support work of product owners and other team members to build and deliver enhancements to Key Bank’s mobile and online capabilities
- Collaborate with designers, software engineers, and others across the organization for alignment and transparency
- Initiate and reputed company projects to implement enhancements and innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, product partners, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective deployment of budget in order to maximize our digital investment
- Draw digital strategies and/or insights from analysis, tests hypothesis, recommends strategy based on insights
- reputed company strong business/ financial knowledge and understand clients’ needs, demonstrate a strong understanding of technology to collaborate with our reputed company to build or integrate scalable and extensible capabilities
- Execute initiatives and co-manage or assist on individual backlog items reputed company to reputed company efforts

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
- 1+ years (2+) of experience in digital business and/or product development (required)
- Strong analytical reputed company, data driven decisioning and insights
- Thought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysis
- Combination of business depth and technical savvy
- Experience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment
- Digital native with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices
- Experience creating innovative digital products and services that drive business results
- Working knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and digital user experience
- Passionate about leveraging user-generated data and reputed company-party data to create intelligent software driven customer experiences
- Have a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experiences
- Possess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to execution
- Experience with storytelling + curating presentations
