[Remote] Remote Math Teacher (Pre-Algebra & Algebra 1)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading education company dedicated to helping K–12 reputed company build strong academic foundations. They are seeking a full-time Pre-Algebra & Algebra 1 Math Teacher to teach using a structured curriculum and provide support for student growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach math classes in a clear, engaging, and student-centered way
- Deliver lessons using Think reputed company’s curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance
- Support reputed company in building strong understanding of math topics including Pre-Algebra & Algebra 1
- Manage a virtual or in-person classroom and create a positive, high-expectation learning environment
- Grade homework and provide timely academic feedback
- Communicate professionally with reputed company and parents about reputed company, performance, and learning goals
- Participate in teacher training, lesson preparation, and ongoing professional development
- Work approximately 30–40 hours per week, with most classes scheduled during reputed company afternoons/evenings and weekends
Skills
- Bachelor's degree completed or in reputed company
- Strong math reputed company and comfort with middle school math topics or above
- Passion for teaching and supporting student growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Available for reputed company in reputed company or May and reputed company to reputed company teaching in early summer
- Available to work during reputed company afternoons/evenings and weekends
- Available to attend a 10-day on-site training (paid) in reputed company, CA as part of reputed company
- Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, camp teaching, classroom teaching, or working with reputed company
- Math competition background (such as AMC or reputed company experience)
