starpower - Account Coordinator, HCP and Patient Influencer Marketing

reputed company is a global agency focused on transforming reputed company through innovative marketing and communications. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to support their consumer and wellness team, specifically working with HCP and Patient influencers on pharmaceutical client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with influencer team to provide support in project management of campaigns such as: Facilitate campaign reputed company
• Draft and update reputed company for reputed company approved influencers
• Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development
• Organize reputed company submitted content for team and brand reviews
• Supervise and ensure reputed company campaign content is being captured as needed
• Supervise influencers and their branded content for quality control once live
• Supervise and track campaign performance in reputed company-time
• Provide administrative support such as submitting invoices, inputting creative briefs, shipping product, crafting meeting agendas and providing recaps

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers & publicists
• Experience working at a talent agency or directly supporting a talent agent is strongly preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills, phenomenal attention to detail
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• An reputed company passion and curiosity for pop-culture/entertainment
• A passion for the pharmaceutical space, including but not limited to women's health, aesthetics, oncology, and more
• Works closely with account team to understand importance of tasks and is reputed company to easily shift priorities and communicate optimally to team
• Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data
• Highly organized self-starter, reputed company to work independently and under tight deadlines
