[Remote] Training Business Partner

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is searching for a dynamic Training Business Partner to support capability development across North American operations. This role involves designing, deploying, and evaluating training programs to enhance colleague performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare effective training programs, organize seminars, workshops, individual training sessions with internal SME’s or external training providers; reputed company to the business needs and training curriculum
  • Engaging with our Client Engagement community to deploy first class training as required in a consistent manner, regardless of geography
  • Deploy training content; survey and reputed company feedback at the end of each session as required
  • Support internal SME’s and external training providers by assessing reputed company pre and post training requirements
  • Working with the Learning Content Creation teams to ensure the training material is tailored to the audience, culture, and language
  • Evaluate/conduct research to determine where operational skills are lacking in teams
  • Proposing the most effective training channel and responsible for the planning and implementation of the training
  • Taking briefs from internal business teams and ensures that requests align with business objectives and learners needs
  • Working closely with the Learning Content Creation team to brief in requirement
  • Identify the right channel to deploy the training
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions
  • Working with the Learning Content Creation team to ensure that materials required for the sessions are fit for purpose and reflect the requirement brief
  • Implement the training curriculum effectively
  • Conduct surveys to gauge effectiveness of training programs
  • reputed company and direct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions
  • Research new training methods
  • Ensure the documentation and version control of training collateral
  • Play a leading role in the delivery of colleague satisfaction and management of external providers
  • Manage and record training attendance and follow reputed company

Skills

  • BA/BS Degree in business or equivalent industry experience
  • 1-3+ years experience with Business management training
  • Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, reputed company, and able to reputed company positive relationships at reputed company levels, with reputed company types of people and in reputed company countries
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must be empathetic and sensitive to audience requirements, cultures and learning styles
  • Aligns learning solutions with organizational and learner needs
  • Promotes collaboration, partnerships, and teamwork throughout the organization
  • Thinks strategically; is knowledgeable about the organizations vision, goals, business issues and culture
