• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.•

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.•
• Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring reputed company.•
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.• Required Skills and Qualifications:•
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field.•
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company or Recruitment.•
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.•

• Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.•
• Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.• Working Hours:•
• Full-time position.•
• Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST) is preferred.•
