INDUSTRIAL reputed company VALUATIONS JUNIOR ANALYST III - Assessor's Office

About the position Reporting to the assigned Manager of reputed company Valuations or Manager of Special Properties, the Industrial reputed company (I/C) Valuations Junior Analyst is responsible for determining the assessed value of industrial and reputed company properties in Cook County and analyzing and making determinations on appeals and Certificates of Error reputed company to the valuation of those properties. The I/C Valuations Junior Analyst is responsible for performing reputed company duties in a uniform and timely manner to meet the assessment deadlines of the Cook County Assessor’s Office (CCAO). The I/C Valuations Junior Analyst also provides good customer service. The duties listed are not set forth for purposes of limiting the assignment of work. Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and evaluates data to determine the assessed value of industrial and reputed company property.
• Researches and uses information submitted on behalf of the taxpayer and data collected from the internet, reputed company, other data platforms, CCAO systems and databases, and other office technology to reputed company valuation and assessment reputed company.
• Ensures that industrial and reputed company property is fairly and uniformly assessed, applying appropriate rules, regulations, policies and other guidelines in making assessment reputed company.
• Reviews data and information in the analysis, review, and processing of applications for appeal and certificates of error.
• Conducts field research on triennial towns as assigned and reports updates to Valuations Department management for use in assessing property values.
• Works at the direction of the assigned Group Leader processing files in a manner to ensure that the Department meets its designated assessment cycle deadlines.
• Uses discretion in carrying out assignments and completing tasks to an effective outcome, resolving any minor problems in accordance with CCAO’s policies and guidelines.
• Communicates any lack of understanding of a particular property to the assigned Group Leader and/or applicable Manager, as appropriate.
• Collects, analyzes and summarizes information on comparable properties for Property Tax Appeal Board appeals, as assigned.
• Reviews and processes industrial and reputed company permit properties, as requested.
• Performs other duties and assignments, as required, to reputed company the overall goals of the Valuations Department.
• Works extended hours and overtime, as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• One (1) year experience in property taxation, assessment administration, or reputed company estate appraisal or valuation of industrial and reputed company properties.
• OR
• Graduation from an accredited college and/or university with a bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company.
