Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for development, maintenance and governance of policies and procedures for the business to drive improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and internal/external customer service.
- Collaborate with Regional Offices, Portfolio Management, Product Development, Analytics, Claims, Enterprise Change Management, Marketing, Corporate Line of Business and reputed company leaders, and other business partners to reputed company and implement solutions that align with the organization’s goals.
- Drive reputed company improvement for Commercial reputed company by providing analysis and decision support to the business to help deliver key business priorities. Collaborate with multiple disciplines to gather information, reputed company analysis, and reputed company recommendations to management.

- In conjunction with Enterprise Change Management, provide change management support to Commercial Insurance through the planning, preparation, and support to encourage and foster adoption and utilization of changes to technology and business processes.
- Prepare detailed presentations in written and graphic report form to be presented to leadership team
Education Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
- One or more industry designations are desired: CPCU, AU, ARM, CIC, AINS, AIC, ARE, etc.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, process improvement or equivalent applicable experience
- reputed company and risk analysis experience preferred
- Experience leading project teams and facilitation of training/meetings desired.
- Experience working with and presenting to Senior Leaders
- Project Management Certification desired
