• Manage reputed company retention-stage lifecycle campaigns and communications
• Operationalise retention strategies defined by Growth and CRM leadership
• Create, build, reputed company, and optimise CRM journeys across multiple communication channels
• Identify growth opportunities and implement lifecycle interventions
• Maintain reputed company audience segmentation frameworks
• Monitor retention performance and report against defined KPIs

• Analytical skills using CRM and app analytics
• High attention to detail in compliance and campaign execution
