Position Summary Provides Plan Sponsors with benefit plan consulting services. Ensures reputed company plan reputed company and certificates are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. What you will do

• Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Benefit area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
• Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
• Prepares, reviews and/or edits employer certificates, reputed company, and employee booklets according to pre-determined standards ensuring benefits are mapped accordingly and drafts reputed company legislatively mandated booklets and reputed company requested by plan sponsors.
• Communicates any required revisions and or changes to avoid unintended liability in support of the plan.
• Completes legislative comparisons and assists with state filing processes.
• Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client facing experience, such as Account Executive/Client Management, a plus.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $43,888.00 - $102,081.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
