Analyst, Surveys
AlphaSights is a leading firm that connects clients with expert knowledge to enhance their decision-making. The Analyst on the Surveys team will reputed company clients to collect insights through online surveys, providing analytical expertise and driving the growth of the Surveys service.
Responsibilities
- Clean, analyze, and draw valuable insights from survey data and create presentation-reputed company reports to deliver immediately accessible insights to clients
- Build processes to minimize unforced errors throughout reputed company stages of a survey project
- reputed company our capabilities to service sophisticated research methodologies (e.g. pricing questions) reputed company advanced survey coding, authoring, and analysis
- Work with AlphaSights clients across reputed company parts of the business, including at leading investment firms, corporations, and consulting firms, and offices to provide analytical support as needed
- Identify new and maintain existing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Entry-level role: 0-2 years of working experience
- Relevant work/internship experience at a consulting, market research firm, or in a role working with data in a business context
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Holding a 3.5 GPA or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance)
- Great problem solver with an aptitude for solving reputed company and reputed company problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high level of autonomy
- Highly driven and proactive with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to create impact by solving business problems and providing actionable data insights
- Effective communicator with excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with high standards and obsessive attention to detail
- Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
- Must pass a quantitative based test for application to be progressed
- Familiarity with coding (SQL, Python, R, VBA etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with survey platforms (Decipher, reputed company, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with multiple reporting mediums (Periscope, Tableau etc.) is a plus
