[Remote] Engagement Representative l (Customer Sales - SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and follow up with leads to discuss how Patriot’s software can benefit their business
• Showcase our software to potential customers by providing demos reputed company video call

• Guide new customers through the initial setup process
• Use knowledge of Patriot’s reputed company and payroll software to answer customers’ questions

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-2+ years of inside customer sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient with technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools, including AI
• reputed company to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members through remote and in-person interactions, including attending meetings as needed
• Must have the ability to handle sensitive customer information securely and adhere to the company's data protection protocols
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer interactions in a timely manner
