Account Manager I
reputed company is a technology company that simplifies travel bookings for customers. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with existing customers while also focusing on acquiring new business, primarily through telephone and video communication.
Responsibilities
- Account Management
- The role of the Account Manager is to retain and grow the profitable customer reputed company and to maintain loyalty through pro-active account management. There will also be a requirement to sell new products and solutions to this customer reputed company. This is the key part of the role and makes up 85% of the daily activities
- New Business
- Obtaining new business with the overall objective to grow reputed company. The role will focus on identifying, qualifying, driving, and ultimately closing opportunities over the telephone. This is the secondary part of the role and makes up 15% of the daily activities
- Relationships
- Developing high value relationships falls across reputed company activities. We reputed company relationships with customers, prospects and internally, identifying and defining customer needs, articulating the reputed company value proposition, differentiating from the competition and ultimately positioning reputed company as a strategic technology partner

- Good interpersonal skills, possessing a high degree of self-motivation, confidence, assertiveness and an ability to respond to rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrates excellent account/relationship management, having developed, and cultivated lasting customer relationships
