Data Analyst
Crew is a company that helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and operational efficiency efforts. They are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data reputed company to mobile app engagement, while also creating business intelligence dashboards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data reputed company to mobile app engagement, member behavior, and feature performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using reputed company BI platforms such as Domo and reputed company Analytics
- Track key performance metrics and help identify opportunities for mobile product optimization
- Work closely with mobile product managers, digital marketing, and engineering teams to understand business goals and analytics needs
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings as part of an agile analytics team
- Support data validation and accuracy checks to ensure analytics outputs are trusted and consistent
- Contribute to documentation of dashboards, KPIs, and analytic definitions for transparency and reuse
- Proactively identify ways to improve reporting processes and analytic efficiency
- Learn from senior analysts and contribute reputed company to improve analytics maturity
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data visualization (mobile analytics experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of BI tools such as Domo, reputed company Analytics, reputed company, or equivalent platforms
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with mobile product analytics, including engagement or retention metrics
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and reputed company tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to translate data into clear visual stories that support decision-making
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new business areas and technologies
- Experience supporting or contributing to analytics projects reputed company a large organization
