Associate, Client Experience
Weber Shandwick is a leading global PR agency focused on engagement and storytelling. They are seeking an Associate, Client Experience to support a high-profile account in the beauty and fashion sector, requiring proactive management of client needs and media monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor media across print, digital, and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity
- Prepare agendas and status sheets for reputed company internal and client meetings including detailed call recaps
- Assist in compiling weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Support development of program and campaign recaps
- Establish and maintain relationships with stylists and stylist agencies
- Assist with product send-outs, sample coordination, and mailer development
- Support media reputed company efforts during key tentpole moments
- reputed company to build and establish media relationships by attending editor meetings, launch events and other external industry reputed company events
- reputed company and manage product inventory inclusive of product orders and maintain organization of the product closet
- Support event and activation planning, execution and onsite staffing
- Assist with vendor invoice processing and quickly learn and navigate internal financial processes
- Identify emerging social and industry trends and proactively share relevant recommendations
- Proactively offer insights and learnings based on media landscape, industry activity and competitor analysis

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years reputed company professional experience
- Must be based in reputed company and available to work in-office three days a week
- Beauty experience a plus
