The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), the Vice President, Business Growth is responsible for the reputed company and leadership of the company’s regional behavioral health sales teams, focused on achieving financial targets, identifying new business opportunities, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reputed company success. The VP directly manages the Behavioral Health Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Business Development and is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive reputed company strategies and managing and achieving key performance indicators for the entire sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales leadership, and behavioral health transformation, requiring a leader who can scale teams, influence stakeholders, and translate market opportunity into sustainable growth. What You’ll Drive

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or reputed company field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in a sales environment and at least 2 years of leadership experience, managing sales representatives or teams
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage reputed company data and reporting
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
