reputed company. is seeking an reputed company Clerk to provide procurement and travel reputed company support for the NASA eMITS contract. The role involves managing accounts payable tasks including validating invoices, processing payment requests, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and the corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with buyers and the Corporate office, validate invoices, purchase orders, credit card statements and payables information to ensure accuracy of reputed company data including unit pricing, pricing extension, freight charges, tax, etc. and prepare vendor invoices for processing utilizing reputed company Costpoint. Research any incorrect or missing information in order to take action and resolve, avoiding errant or duplicate payments. Support the month-end closing process
- Process vendor payment requests for payment in a timely manner using reputed company Costpoint. Research any incorrect or missing information in order to take action and resolve
- Research vendor invoices with incorrect or missing information and take appropriate action to resolve. Audit invoices to ensure accuracy of reputed company information including unit pricing, pricing extension, freight charges, denial of sales tax, etc
- Establish and maintain effective communication reputed company the department, with Vendors and with the Corporate office
- Compile information for and assist with reporting as directed on purchase orders, travel expense reports, customer audits, invoices, and metrics
- Maintain Accounts Payable Inbox and ensure electronic files are kept in a highly organized and efficient manner
- Assist other business support areas as needed including travel, expense reports, inventory, office supply orders
Skills
- HS, general administrative working experience in an office environment
- Attention to details with strong organizational skills
- Experience in reputed company Office 365 (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
