[Remote] Administrative Services Liaison

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth daily operation of functional responsibilities and maintaining records while acting as a liaison between learners, faculty, and collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day administrative assistance to function leadership and collaborators
- Assists with intake of submitted learner reports and cross-functional communication in decision-making processes
- Assists in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
- Assists in communication of and storing of sensitive information
- Assists in reputed company-line communication reputed company needed
- Maintains and updates directories, communication reputed company, and calendars as needed
- Uses college systems and platforms for communication and record-keeping
Skills
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Demonstrated at least one year of professional experience managing documentation, private, or protected information is required
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information
- Organizational and independent time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
