Associate, IT Business Tech

The Associate, IT Business Tech role supports the IT Business Partner in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and involves responsibilities such as gathering requirements, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Business Partner in managing relationships with assigned business units
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document key discussions, risks, and action items
- Support communication between business users and IT delivery teams
- Help prioritize incoming requests and ensure proper documentation
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into structured functional documentation
- Support preparation of business cases and impact assessments
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist in preparing status reports and dashboards
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support intake and triage of new IT initiatives
- Maintain documentation repositories and knowledge bases
- Assist in vendor coordination where applicable
- Support change management and communication activities
- Prepare presentations and reporting materials for leadership
- Support governance forums by organizing documentation and minutes
- Track KPIs reputed company to IT initiatives and service performance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, consulting, or project coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, etc.)
- Exposure to IT project lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Basic understanding of IT systems and reputed company applications
- Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery models
