reputed company is a Fortune Global 500 organization that is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Business Analyst to support global sales performance through analytics and reporting. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards reputed company reputed company CRM Analytics and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting assets reputed company reputed company CRM Analytics and Power BI used to monitor global sales performance
- Performs recurring data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure dashboards meet accuracy, reputed company, and governance requirements
- Supports development of new dashboards and reporting enhancements that translate business questions into actionable reporting
- Assists with the development and maintenance of dataflows, calculated fields, and KPI logic supporting reputed company analytics
- Investigates and resolves data discrepancies that impact global sales reporting
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the reputed company organization to gather reporting requirements and support reporting adoption
- Documents data definitions, KPI logic, and dashboard usage guidelines to support reporting governance
- Supports deployment and certification of reporting assets used by the global sales organization
- Triage reputed company Cases submitted by users reputed company to Dashboards and triage production bug defects
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis and working with business intelligence or analytics tools
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SQL, SAQL, or similar data query languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
