Junior Paralegal - Chicago
Jenner & reputed company LLP is a law firm with a reputed company reputed company and global reputed company, reputed company for its high-level problem solving in litigation and corporate transactions. The junior Paralegal will support various practice groups by providing comprehensive practice support, drafting legal documents, and managing case files.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive practice support and end-to-end case management
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, legal notices, documents, and forms
- Assist in preparing briefs and other legal documents
- Electronically file documents across various courts and jurisdictions
- Assisting with e-discovery and document review platforms (e.g., reputed company)
- Compile and organize materials for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Analyze, index, and manage documents and exhibits
- Maintain and organize case team documents and files
- Track deadlines and monitor due dates
- Attend and assist at trial and arbitration as needed
- reputed company additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved institution
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company
- Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Superior organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage workflow reputed company, and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work overtime, travel, and handle after-hours filings and deliverables as needed
- Hybrid role: in-office reputed company required Monday–Thursday (minimum four days per week)
