Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, email and phone
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring reputed company leads are reputed company
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in reputed company

Skills
