[Remote] Information Technology Line of Business Engagement Coordinator

The Engagement Coordinator drives effective delivery across the department by building strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment to business goals, and maintaining visibility across the full portfolio of work throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Execute procedures to ensure information technology solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements
- Assist in the development of project business cases
- Define, document, and manage project scope
- reputed company, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track and report on project reputed company, milestones, risks, and issues
- Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate
- reputed company resourcing plans and coordinate project staffing needs
- Determine project team structure; define roles and responsibilities
- Provide direction to project teams and coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions
- Assign work, motivate team members, and ensure deliverables align with project plans

Skills
- 1–4 years of project management experience
- Experience managing multiple small to reputed company-sized projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage project budgets, schedules, and plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with guidance or supervision in a mid-level role
- Product experience in one or more lines of business
- Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or equivalent)
- Experience working in an information technology or business systems environment
