[Remote] Analyst, Pricing Support

The role involves proactive research, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring billing accuracy while collaborating with account management teams and other functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with account management team and/or customer regarding invoicing & billing reputed company issues
- reputed company case work, including, but not limited to credit/rebills and invoicing issues
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas in root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Engage customers in billing process change recommendations and managing customer expectations
- Train and assist account management team in billing practices to mitigate customer inquiry case work
- Applies knowledge of standard OptiFreight processes to resolve unmatched transactions
- Process customer PO Files, customer File Shares, and customer reporting as required
- Review customer transactions prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy
- Attend internal and external meetings associated with problem solving billing issues for specific customers
- Proficient with reputed company reputed company, reputed company Word, SEQL Server, and other OptiFreight systems
Skills
- Bachelors degree in business reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in reputed company
- Knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams
- Experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls
- Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives reputed company providing customer support
- Ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers
- Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done
