[Remote] Systems Specialist

The Systems Specialist plays a central role in delivering reputed company and project experiences for clients, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction through effective collaboration and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and support a variety of client projects, including network upgrades, server migrations, firewall and reputed company configurations, virtualization, and Office 365 and Azure migrations
• Collaborate with clients and reputed company-party vendors to coordinate application upgrades, integrations, and transitions
• Create and maintain thorough, standardized documentation of client environments
• Ensure projects are executed reputed company, on schedule, and reputed company with reputed company’s quality standards
• Serve as a primary technical reputed company during reputed company and offboarding engagements, ensuring delivery and technical expertise throughout the process
• Partner with the Project Manager to manage expectations, provide timely updates, and resolve challenges with professionalism and reputed company
• Deliver exceptional technical outcomes and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through every engagement
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for challenging technical issues that present themselves to other non-engineering resources during customer projects
• Attend meetings with other technical company resources to solve immediate emergencies, threats, or outages
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are handled appropriately
• Participate in cross-department meetings to provide high-level technical solutions

Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in systems and network engineering, preferably reputed company an MSP or multi-client environment
• Working Knowledge in Networking, virtualization, and reputed company technologies (reputed company 365, Azure, AWS)
• Working Knowledge in managing Windows and/or Linux servers, Active Directory, and reputed company infrastructure
• Working Knowledge in the configuration and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies (reputed company, Meraki, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a reputed company, structured approach under pressure
• Ability to produce accurate, detailed technical documentation for both client and internal use
