The DVM reputed company Recruiter role involves developing and executing a reputed company recruitment strategy to attract top early career talent for their New ER Doctor training program, while managing reputed company ambassadors and improving recruitment processes.
Responsibilities

- Assess, select and manage DVM reputed company ambassadors at core schools to ensure smooth event planning and execution
- Interview and evaluate reputed company NERD applicants from Intl reputed company schools. Manage candidate care and follow-up during the offer decision process through reputed company
- Consistently drive improvements across our process and technology landscape, and build new products or services to serve the needs of DVM reputed company and our VEG business
Skills
- Proven reputed company in reputed company reputed company, reputed company hire reputed company, HR, career development, or a similar field, with 1+ years of experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
- Confident in delivering presentations to large groups, both virtually and in-person
- Passion for and willingness to travel domestically up to *40% of the time and work overtime during peak reputed company seasons
- Ability to work in office 4 days a week if located in the NYC metropolitan area
- Strong preference for candidates located in the NYC metropolitan area or Chicago, IL
