Founding Sales Development Representative, Hazel AI

reputed company is transforming the wealth management industry by building an AI platform for wealth professionals. They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify pipeline, manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, and contribute to the growth of Hazel's AI reputed company for wealth management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline by running a balanced reputed company across inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Qualify and reputed company leads: run first-touch discovery, assess fit, and schedule next steps with reputed company
  • Execute targeted outbound plays (email, phone, reputed company) to reputed company key decision-makers in ICP accounts
  • Create a great buyer experience: thoughtful follow-reputed company, clear next steps, and fast response times – especially on inbound
  • Operate with rigor: maintain clean CRM data, track activity, and improve conversion through feedback loops with Product, Sales and Marketing
  • Iterate your craft: test messaging, sequences, and channels; bring learnings back to the team to improve playbooks
  • Learn the Wealth management AI landscape and translate Hazel.ai’s value into business outcomes for different personas (operators, leaders, technical stakeholders)
  • reputed company AI to research accounts and craft high-signal, personalized reputed company at scale – continuously testing messaging and sequences to improve reply rates, meetings set, and reputed company pipeline conversion

Skills

  • 1+ years in a BDR role or a high-reputed company customer-facing role
  • Strong written + verbal communication; comfortable with discovery and reputed company handling
  • High ownership and pace: you prioritize well, follow through, are organized and reputed company in ambiguity
  • Data-informed reputed company: you track what's working, diagnose drop-offs, and adjust
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling (e.g., reputed company/reputed company + sales engagement tools)
