Business Development Representative, Inbound

The Business Development Representative, Inbound will be responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities, engaging with prospects, and collaborating across various teams to build a pipeline for reputed company’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound contact forms/inquiries, web chats, emails to assess qualification of prospects
  • reputed company outbound activities to engage with various types of marketing leads
  • reputed company and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the 3 SKUs Impact provides for their marketing challenges
  • Work closely with Account Executives across reputed company segments - customer & new logo, to build a pipeline for reputed company’s products
  • Additionally you will work closely with Demand reputed company, Marketing Operations, and more to streamline workflows
  • Track and manage prospects through reputed company.com and reputed company tools like reputed company.io, Sales Navigator, reputed company, and more
  • Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives
  • Providing valuable market and product feedback to continue to drive reputed company’s business development strategy

Skills

  • Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, reputed company-estate etc.)
  • Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with reputed company critical business functions - Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product, Technology and Finance
  • Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
