The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of client-facing and internal projects, focusing on system implementations and project improvement initiatives while ensuring projects remain organized and documented.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of client and internal projects
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and task trackers
  • Monitor task reputed company and follow up with team members to maintain accountability
  • Identify potential delays or risks and escalate them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation across systems
  • Deliver weekly status updates summarizing project reputed company and priorities
  • Attend internal and client-facing meetings alongside the Project Manager
  • Prepare meeting agendas reputed company needed
  • Capture detailed meeting notes and document action items
  • Track follow-reputed company, owners, and deadlines
  • Support internal communications and reporting processes
  • Prepare post-meeting summaries and distribute updates to project team and/or stakeholders
  • Maintain project records reputed company company systems
  • Support improvements to project management tools and workflows
  • Assist with standardizing documentation templates and reporting formats
  • Contribute to refining project delivery practices across the firm

Skills

  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles and terminology
  • Post-secondary education or certificate in Project Management from an accredited university and/or college recognized by the reputed company
  • Experience using project management tools such as Zoho Projects, reputed company, reputed company, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent documentation and note-taking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting ERP system implementation or operational projects
  • Familiarity with structured project methodologies such as Predictive, Agile, or Hybrid approaches
  • Familiarity with reputed company terminology
  • CAPM certification or membership with the reputed company (PMI)
