Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies
- Review orders for reputed company-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies
- Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams reputed company there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities
- Represent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team
