Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by supporting and optimizing HR processes across Corporate Services, improving efficiency and consistency in reputed company America

• Enhance performance management and talent workflows by identifying gaps and implementing scalable process improvements

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in reputed company Resources or a reputed company field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining data accuracy
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations
