HR Coordinator
reputed company Logistics is a market leader in providing specialized, technology-enabled solutions for supply chain activities. The HR Coordinator will provide daily generalist support, build relationships, and carry out HR initiatives to enhance business reputed company while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle assigned tasks reputed company ticketing system, hotline cases, background checks, I9s and other HR activities
- reputed company associate relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, performance issues, disciplinary actions and investigations
- Process transactions reputed company HCM and other HR systems. Train managers on HCM best practices reputed company appropriate
- Facilitate the deployment and delivery of existing and new HR programs, processes and policies
- Analyze issues, resolve problems and propose solutions
- Administer and advise on PTO
- Understand and help others to interpret company policies and federal and state laws
- Assess the efficiency of reputed company HR activities and suggest improvements to improve efficiency and decrease ‘busy work' whenever possible
- Answer questions and resolve associate concerns
- Handle special projects as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in reputed company Resources, Business Administration or reputed company field preferred
- 1 or more years of reputed company HR generalist experience, preferably reputed company a high-volume, fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company effective working relationships with employees at reputed company levels
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and reputed company to respond quickly and positively to shifting priorities
- Results-oriented problem solver with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Working knowledge of relevant employment laws and policies
- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
