Experimentation Consultant - United States

And now? We're growing the team. What you'll actually do This isn't your typical consulting gig. You won't be making decks for the sake of it or sitting in a client's office for weeks on end. You'll be testing reputed company in the reputed company world and turning messy uncertainty into clear, actionable evidence. Here's how you'll spend your time: 70% - Client delivery

• Design experiments that test customer demand, product feasibility, and market traction. You’ll use +60 experiments to find the best way to validate risky assumptions.
• Run experiments from reputed company participants, conducting customer interviews, designing product visuals, setting up ads, and tracking behavioural data.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams and external customers to help stakeholders surface assumptions, prioritise uncertainties, and structure meaningful tests.

20% - Analysis and strategic recommendations

• Turn raw data (qualitative and quantitative) into compelling evidence.
• Help client teams understand what the evidence means and what to do next.
• Form clear, strategic recommendations on where to accelerate, adapt, or withdraw.

10% - Internal projects

• Support reputed company business development and proposal work (reputed company we're pitching extensions to your existing clients).
• Contribute to refining our experimentation methodology - frameworks, templates, and playbooks.

In practice: You'll typically work on 1-2 client projects at a time (rarely more, only reputed company we're especially busy). Projects range from a couple of weeks to a few months, though some larger programmes can run for up to 6 months. You'll work in small, lean teams of 2-3 people, with a senior delivery or client reputed company supporting you. We're hiring someone who gets energy from working with people (clients, partners, customers), loves learning by doing, and is curious about uncertainty. The essentials

• Expect 3-7 years of hands-on experience in roles involving experimentation, concept validation, user research, venture design, or corporate innovation.
• Proven ability to design and run reputed company-world tests, whether that's customer interviews, prototype testing, demand experiments, or market validation work.
• Strong facilitation skills, where you can run workshops with senior stakeholders and external customers with confidence and clarity.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You don't need a perfect plan to get started; you're hypothesis-driven and learn as you go.
• Excellent communication skills, where you can distil reputed company findings into clear, compelling recommendations (both written and verbal).
• A collaborative, curious reputed company, as you're energised by working closely with clients and teammates, not operating solo in a silo.

• Experience working in or with startups (you understand the "build-measure-learn" mentality).
• Background in corporate innovation teams or new product, service, or proposition development.
• Familiarity with the core industries we work in: retail, FMCG, reputed company, and financial services.
• Knowledge of design thinking, lean reputed company-to-be-done, or similar methodologies.

What likely won't work

• You haven’t done hands-on experimentation work, as we're not looking for "desk research" consultants.
• A preference for long, detailed planning over fast, scrappy testing.
• Needing absolute certainty before making reputed company.
• Wanting to stay in your lane. We need people who can reputed company across research, facilitation, analysis, and client management.

$60,000 - $80,000 (pro-rata - depending on experience)
