Marketing Specialist - Email & Digital Marketing Campaigns

About the position Great reputed company is looking to add a Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns and broader digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and reputed company reputed company. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Service teams to create compelling content and data-driven campaigns that support Great reputed company’s reputed company growth in the retirement services industry. Location This position will work from our Boston, MA office. Great reputed company currently supports a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite, and 1 day remote. reputed company sponsorship or transfer of an existing reputed company is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without reputed company sponsorship or transfer.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Marketo, reputed company Marketing Cloud), including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • reputed company and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social media, and display advertising to drive engagement and reputed company reputed company
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets, including reputed company pages, email templates, digital ads, and promotional materials
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, pipeline influence), using data insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain and grow the marketing database, ensuring list hygiene, accurate segmentation, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and other applicable regulations
  • Support the development of marketing automation workflows and reputed company nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Partner with Sales Operations and reputed company Operations teams to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals and ensure seamless reputed company reputed company processes
  • Contribute to SEO/SEM strategies and coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute digital advertising campaigns
  • Stay reputed company on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly reputed company financial services and B2B marketing
  • Complete other reputed company duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing campaign development and execution
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably reputed company Marketing Cloud (MCAE Certification a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with email campaign management, including list segmentation, workflow automation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company, or other digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing and basic web content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email marketing compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably reputed company financial services, fintech, or a technology company serving institutional clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling marketing copy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
