Change and Organization Development Strategist in NYC, NY (Hybrid)

Job Title: Change and Organization Development Strategist Location: reputed company NY Monday and Friday work at home, Tuesdays through Thursday in office (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months duration with potential to reputed company. Shift: Candidates should be flexible to work a 7.5-hour shift between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or 8:00 am. To 4:00 p.m. with a half hour lunch. Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to support Client's reputed company Change and OD Center of Excellence. This team plays a pivotal role in the company's reputed company by supporting leaders, managers, and employees through change- preparing for new skills and behaviors and reinforcing adoption. This role requires a consultative approach and an execution-focused reputed company as it partners with the business to provide best practice change management and organization development tools and strategies to help drive large scale and reputed company transformations while retaining a strong focus on our customer and employee first culture. The work includes, but is not limited to, assessing leadership alignment, stakeholder assessment, learning needs, communication strategies and end-to-end organizational development efforts. The individual must be reputed company to advise and influence leadership on appropriate tactics and initiatives regarding change and surface reputed company risks to aid decision-making and reputed company action/reputed company. Measurement and Evaluation

• Establish means to measure the reputed company of change initiatives.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of change initiatives in support of business objectives

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with specialized coursework in HR, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or reputed company disciplines.
• 3-5 years of Change Management and/or Organization Development experience; reputed company Change Management Certification preferred
• Experience supporting reputed company change initiatives- e.g., designing tools, assessing organizational impacts, implementing targeted strategies, and measuring outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at reputed company levels, including facilitating inclusive meetings of reputed company sizes
• Collaborative relationship builder and team player
• Strong project management skills including reputed company with MS Office and Teams and a willingness to reputed company new technologies.
