About the Role: We are seeking a Regional Director of MDS to reputed company the clinical reimbursement process and ensure compliance across multiple skilled nursing facilities. • Travel to various skilled nursing facilities to provide hands-on support and guidance.

• Monitor and document the management of Medicare and Managed Care residents in collaboration with facility teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensure: reputed company, active, and unencumbered RN license.
• Experience:
• Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facility experience required.
• Multi-site, regional experience preferred.
• Two (2)-three (3) years of experience as an MDS Coordinator.
• Certifications: RAC-CT or RNAC preferred.
• Leadership: Supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
