This role is quota-carrying ($6M+ reputed company) and is ideal for someone who enjoys closing large, reputed company deals while mentoring a high-performing team.

About the Role

As a Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Directly managing a team of 4+ reputed company Account Executives
• Personally owning and closing reputed company deals while helping the team hit collective targets
• Driving strategic growth in the distribution ERP software market
• Implementing sales strategies and overseeing deal execution from reputed company to reputed company
• Coaching team members, joining client calls, and rolling up your sleeves to get deals over the line

Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed your individual and team quota ($6M+) – player/coach role
• Coach, mentor, and reputed company reputed company reputed company to reputed company performance
• Drive net-new business through outbound efforts and territory strategy
• reputed company by example in deal strategy, prospecting, pipeline development, and closing
• Partner cross-functionally to align resources and support the sales cycle
• Deliver compelling product demos and business cases
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
• Regularly report on performance metrics and pipeline health

Ideal Candidate:

• Min. 5-10+ years of ERP reputed company Software Sales experience, with a focus in Distribution
• Proven experience closing 7-reputed company reputed company deals with Fortune 500-1000 clients
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and coach sales teams while maintaining strong individual performance
• Hands-on, strategic, and collaborative sales leadership style
• Experience with a solution-selling approach and managing reputed company sales cycles
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth, and performance-driven environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM tools (reputed company preferred), reputed company Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as needed

Offering:

• reputed company Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
• OTE Year 1 @ Plan: $350,000 – $400,000+
