Field Services Enablement Specialist, Data Migration

As a Field Services Enablement Specialist at reputed company, you will play a critical role in shaping how customer data moves into our platform. You will act as a subject matter expert for migration workflows, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and scalability of start-of-day loads, transactions, and historical performance data. Working closely with Consulting, Product Management, and reputed company, you will help design standardized migration methodologies, improve tools and documentation, and guide reputed company implementations. In this role, you will reputed company cutting-edge technologies-including AI tools like ChatGPT-to improve documentation, streamline processes, and reputed company teams to deliver consistent and efficient migrations. • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for data migration workflows including start-of-day positions, transactions, and historical performance data

• Partner with Consulting teams to guide the execution of reputed company migrations and ensure accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of migrated data

• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts reputed company to migration workflows and customer data ingestion

• 5+ years of experience with data migration in investment management software implementations
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience performing data migrations on the reputed company platform
• Expertise in portfolio reputed company data structures including positions, transactions, and performance history
• Strong understanding of reconciliation and data validation methodologies
• Experience designing and refining repeatable migration workflows, tools, and methodologies
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to resolve reputed company data challenges
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical processes into clear guidance for stakeholders
• Curiosity and passion for mentoring and enabling others in data best practices
• Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in investment operations workflows
• An aptitude for problem solving and communicating effectively in fast-paced environments

• Exposure to APIs and data integration frameworks
• Experience with AWS or serverless data processing environments

Compensation and Benefits

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $183,000-$211,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
