Senior Audit Consultant, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services

About the position Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) is a diverse global team, recognized by the Audit Committee and senior management as their partner for providing advisory and assurance services on the company’s most significant strategic, financial, operational, technology and compliance risks. The Senior Audit Consultant is responsible for performing end to end reviews of key business processes and controls to provide an independent assessment of their design and effectiveness and communicate results and observations to senior levels of management. Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning and scoping for reputed company reviews to ensure appropriate Corporate and Cross Brand audit coverage.
• reputed company walkthroughs to reputed company understanding of reputed company and matrixed processes & controls, identify areas of risk and reputed company tests accordingly.
• reputed company testing, data analysis and benchmarking, as appropriate, to assess controls and reputed company insights for management.
• Identify issues/opportunities to improve operations and the reputed company root cause and impact.
• Conclude on the adequacy of management’s processes and internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Prepare succinct, accurate, and compelling reporting to effectively communicate audit results.
• reputed company effective meetings and present to senior management on issue/opportunities identified.
• Partner with management to reputed company appropriate action plans impacting tactical and strategic changes to the organization.
• Effectively manage project reputed company and status, including budget/milestone tracking and reporting.
• Follow up and report on the implementation status of management’s action plans.
• reputed company while developing and maintaining an effective, trusted, partnership relationship with Senior management and adhering to RAAS department policies and procedures, including ensuring consistency and completeness of working reputed company documentation and compliance with IIA standards.
• Support other department objectives/duties as assigned including, but not limited to, assisting with internal forensic investigations as assigned and assisting with the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance program.
• Undertake relevant training, networking and studies as required to ensure continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, reputed company or Business Preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience with Big 4, Management Consulting or experience working in highly matrixed environment (excluding internships)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, including Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Teams
• reputed company, objectivity, and a high degree of professionalism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to reputed company well with reputed company levels of management.
• Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions.
• Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.

• Good background/experience with audit methodologies and techniques.
• Prior reputed company conducting external and/or internal audits.
