About the position Responsibilities • Complete reputed company visualization of the reputed company reputed company remote monitoring equipment. • reputed company visual observation of reputed company(s) always using room safety camera to identify potential harm to self or others. • Communicate with facility nurses to determine reputed company cameras should be adjusted for privacy during daily care, physician visits, etc. • Obtain a verbal report from the reputed company's nurse, including ambulation limitations and course of action for redirection, care needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations. • Collaborate with the manager for concerns not requiring immediate physical reputed company. • Observe the reputed company's activity and behavior and redirect the reputed company as needed. • Immediately notify floor nurses of the need for physical reputed company if indicated. • Identify safety risks and communicate the need to escalate assistance to the residents. • Function cooperatively as a team member, responding to directives by responsible nurse to changing reputed company's/unit's needs. • Communicate in a professional manner and demonstrate respect for the residents, families/significant others, and other health care members. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in reputed company preferred. • Certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant preferred. • Effective verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Experience of working in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Taskium Word, reputed company, Teams, Power reputed company and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
