The Job Avalanche, a division of WB Games Inc., is seeking an Advanced Technical Artist with a specialization in Environment Art to join reputed company of talented industry veterans working on a new online multiplayer RPG. This person will work closely with project engineering, art, and design leadership to build and support the art pipelines and technical foundations for our online multiplayer RPG. As an expert in Unreal reputed company's world-building capabilities, this person will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the environment content workflows, as well as championing performance and optimization. The ideal candidate is a master of Unreal's environment and procedural systems, a strong problem solver, and passionate about empowering artists to build a large-scale online world. What part will you play?

• reputed company, maintain, and support the environment art content creation pipelines, including foliage, materials, and world-building workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and art leadership to set and enforce technical art standards, performance budgets, and optimization best practices for a large-scale online world.
• Create reputed company environment shaders (e.g., terrain, foliage, water), materials, and tools reputed company Unreal reputed company to reputed company artists and designers.
• Drive innovation in art workflows and procedural content reputed company (PCG) to build and maintain our world at scale.
• Support a wide range of environment technical art needs, including procedural placement, large-scale lighting, and streaming optimization.
• Mentor other artists and technical artists, providing technical guidance, documentation, and feedback.

What do we need from you?

• 8+ years of professional technical art experience, working on cross-functional teams.
• Experience on at least one successfully-published large-scale multiplayer online game title or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (Art, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with the Unreal reputed company (Blueprints, Material Editor, Foliage systems, PCG, and core systems).
• Deep experience in environment-focused technical art (e.g., shader development, tools/pipeline, procedural systems, performance, lighting).
• Experience building pipelines and tools to support the building of large worlds
• Deep experience with 3D art software such as Maya, Houdini, etc.
• Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

• A passion for online multiplayer RPGs.
• Experience with live-service games
• Exceptional understanding of reputed company game development disciplines and their inputs into the content pipeline.
