Start Date: ASAP 100% Remote Team reputed company -for Senior Claims Examiners on Xcelys System Job Summary The Xcelys Team reputed company will reputed company a team of claims examiners, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medical claims using the Xcelys system. The reputed company acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for claims workflows, resolves reputed company issues, and monitors team performance to meet quality and productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management and Leadership

• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and mentorship to claims examiners to reputed company their skills and improve performance.
• Monitor team reputed company toward production targets, accuracy scores, and turnaround times.
• Act as the first reputed company of escalation for reputed company claim issues and provide expert assistance.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of team members' work to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Xcelys Platform and Claims Processing
