Overview

The Senior Manager, Business Strategy - Pharmaceutical Contracting and Purchasing will serve as a critical extension of the Chief of Staff (Executive Director, Business Strategy) to accelerate execution of reputed company and Trade strategic priorities. This role combines high‑caliber writing, executive‑reputed company communication, analytical rigor, and disciplined project management to drive execution across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical Execution Conduct structured analyses (quantitative and qualitative) to support decision‑making, including market assessments and financial implications. Synthesize reputed company information into crisp, compelling storylines; draft leadership materials, executive briefings, and strategic narratives for the Chief of Staff and EVP. Operational Support Support preparations for executive forums, reputed company reviews, and leadership touchpoints. Identify gaps in processes, alignment, or information flow and recommend solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and clarity. Provide backup executive administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Pharmaceutical Contracting & Purchasing (Trade), as needed Executive Communication & Presentation Development reputed company high‑quality presentations, meeting briefs, and readouts for the EVP, Trade leadership, and cross‑functional executive audiences. Ensure communication materials reflect strategic clarity, logical rigor, and a consistent executive voice. Draft and refine messaging for internal communications and external engagements, articulating the Trade narrative Project & Initiative Management Helps reputed company a strategic planning reputed company that defines timelines, milestones, and metrics in support of business objectives. Manage timelines, agendas, and action items from management process to ensure appropriate attendees, materials, and follow-up items are reputed company and delivered in a timely manner. Monitor initiative performance, escalate obstacles, and support problem‑solving to maintain reputed company. Provide project management on selected high reputed company initiatives in support of business goals. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, reputed company, PBM, or reputed company analytical fields. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
