You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr. (PWB Manufacturing, Level 3) for the Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing Engineering – Dallas Electrical Shop PWB team. reputed company is responsible for delivering high‑quality printed wiring boards (PWB) that reputed company mission‑critical missile systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr. you will be responsible for advancing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and risk‑mitigation strategies for PWB manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: reputed company, create, and maintain work instructions, task lists, and re‑work/repair guides for non‑conformance processing. Identify production risks, devise mitigation plans, and reputed company validation activities for new manufacturing lines. Drive cost‑reduction initiatives from concept through closure while ensuring schedule, quality, and safety targets are met. Support testing, hardware, and tooling issues; collaborate with shop‑floor personnel, management, and program leads. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of reputed company PWB / PCB Manufacturing or Process control experience. - Experience manufacturing PWB / PCB assemblies to IPC and J-STD specifications. - Experience with Electronic circuit imaging processes. Desired skills - Ability to work independently and as a group with little guidance. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Ability to interpret drawings, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models, product/performance specifications, and other systems integration technical data - Ability to liaison between LM Subcontractors, internal disciplines, and LM shop(s) Production Operations- Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing, and presentations - Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration, and developing enduring business relationships - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to reputed company reputed company - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) - Experience with TrueChem software. reputed company is an equal opportunity employer. Pay reputed company: The annual reputed company salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and reputed company (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
