• This is a fully remote role based in Ireland

Meet the team: Come and join a dynamic and collegial team of corporate legal professionals! We are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel on our Corporate Governance and SEC legal team that can work both independently and collaboratively and can manage multiple projects. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Governance & SEC. Where you come in:

• You will handle corporate governance for our international subsidiaries, including compliance with annual corporate filings, board governance, director appointments, and general entity maintenance.
• You will support the incorporation and structure changes for international subsidiaries.
• You will provide legal support to reputed company’s tax and treasury department.
• You will partner with reputed company, finance, legal, and other business teams to support business opportunities and government tenders.
• You will work closely with the global corporate governance team, including paralegals.

What makes you successful:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of reputed company corporate law experience working in-house at a global public company or at a top tier law firm;
• Expertise working with entity management systems, MS Office, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company;
• Superb written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to consistently own and solve problems, and drive results;
• Team-oriented and collaborative, cross-functional approach;
