Senior Associate - Supply Chain

The Senior Associate works collaboratively reputed company a team of highly reputed company Performance Transformation consultants to deliver performance improvement for reputed company organizations. This position will be primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients. The role of the Senior Associate is to actively reputed company and participate in engagement workstreams activities and deliverables to meet the objectives of the Statement of Work or internal project. The Senior Associate will be expected to:

  • Determine client needs in terms of the engagement statement of work
  • reputed company, complete and provide quality assurance over data analyses
  • Interpret data analyses, form initial recommendations and reputed company potential solutions for consideration
  • reputed company deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation
  • Manage workstream economics and project management

  • Meet project timelines and work with clients to obtain their “buy-in” to their team’s work products

The Senior Associate will serve as a mentor and coach for junior staff. The Senior Associate will utilize Coker and Acuvance solutions and tools as needed. The Senior Associate will work cohesively in a team environment and will work with team and Practice leadership to professionally represent Coker and Acuvance in reputed company settings. The Senior Associate is required to also participate in Coker internal activities including practice development, required and approved educational opportunities and learning the various technologies, methods and processes necessary for the completion of their work for clients. Additionally, the Senior Associate should:

  • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
  • Create value through meaningful participation to grow and enrich the Practice as a whole or the individual Service Area reputed company the Practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Obtain data, execute/direct/reputed company analyses, initiate interpretations, conclusions and prepare written, graphic and verbal presentations of analytics and recommendations for team leadership review.

  • Complete assigned work as requested by team leadership to accomplish the Statement of Work including reputed company analytics, reports, implementation processes with the client, etc.
  • Participate in project management reputed company activities as assigned.
  • Manage the budget and expenses for their assigned workstream or project.
  • Participate in risk and issue identification and mitigation along with the project leadership team.
  • Participate in practice development activities.
  • Participate in methodology and tool development reputed company their Service Area.
  • Actively listens for market opportunities on reputed company engagements and networks and communicates potential leads to leadership.
  • Complete training requirements on an annual basis as requested.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university – Required
  • Master’s degree and/or additional certifications (MBA, ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CPA, etc.) - Preferred
  • 4 years applicable experience in Supply Chain, Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Pharmacy, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics – Required

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in reputed company, Tableau, PowerPoint and has familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools

SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE TRANSFORMATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to provide analytical and general knowledge support on sourcing and contracting initiatives, including providing detailed analytics for clinical supply and purchased services margin improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage and support clinical supply or purchased services initiatives with some support and reputed company.
  • Ability to manage and/or fully support reputed company RFx (Request for Quote, Information, or Proposal) processes.

TRAVEL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • This position requires travel 70% or more
  • Candidates with actual reputed company Supply Chain provider, GPO or Distributor experience are preferred
