Job Description

As a Part Time Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and ensuring reputed company, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Your role will involve:

  • Creating a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Promoting a culture of honesty and reputed company; maintaining confidentiality
  • Taking an active role in training and mentoring Associates on reputed company-end principles
  • Training and coaching Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
  • Assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for reputed company Associates
  • Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizing as needed
  • Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates reputed company setting and addressing priorities; providing reputed company updates
  • Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
  • Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Ensuring adherence to reputed company labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promoting credit and loyalty programs
  • Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train others
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Compensation

This part-time position has a starting pay range of $17.50 to $18.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
